AUTOMASTER started in 1998 with two lifts and a rule that has not changed since: the customer hears the diagnosis in plain language, with the price, before anyone picks up a wrench.

We are an independent shop, which means we are not paid to sell you a new car and not tied to one manufacturer’s parts catalogue. We service European, Asian and domestic vehicles, petrol and diesel, from a 1990s pickup to a current hybrid.

What that buys you is a straight answer. If the repair costs more than the car is worth, we say so and put it in writing. If the fault is outside what we do, we point you at someone who does it properly rather than learning on your vehicle.

Everything we replace is kept for you to inspect, and every job that affects how the car drives ends with a road test by the technician who did the work.

The Team

Four areas of the shop, one rule about communication. No service advisor between you and the technician.

Service desk

Bookings, estimates, updates

Whoever answers the phone can see your car on the workshop board. Ask for a callback at a specific time and you will get one.

Diagnostics

Electrical, drivability, fault finding

One technician owns the fault from the first scan to the road test. You get the same person on the phone if you call back.

Mechanical

Engine, transmission, suspension, brakes

Two lifts and a full tool set for engine work, plus a tyre machine and road-force balancer on site.

Climate & electrical

AC, heating, batteries, charging

AC station with leak detection, nitrogen pressure testing and a proper recharge — vent temperature measured before and after.

Names, photos and certifications of individual technicians are added once the shop confirms them — we do not invent staff.
