Diagnostics & Check-Engine Light

Typical time in the shop: 30–60 minutes

We read every module — engine, transmission, ABS, airbag, body — and then confirm the fault by hand. You get a written explanation and an estimate, not a printout of codes.

Engine Repair & Rebuilds

Typical time in the shop: 1–5 days depending on scope

From a weeping valve cover to a full rebuild, we measure rather than guess: compression and leak-down tests first, then the work your engine actually needs.

Brakes & ABS

Typical time in the shop: 2–4 hours

Brakes are the one system we never defer. We measure pad and rotor thickness, check lines and calipers, and repair ABS faults properly rather than pulling the warning bulb.

Suspension, Steering & Alignment

Typical time in the shop: Half a day

Clunks, wandering steering and uneven tyre wear all come from the same handful of parts. We inspect on the lift with the weight on the wheels and show you what is worn.

Electrical & Batteries

Typical time in the shop: 1–3 hours

Electrical faults are found by testing circuits, not by replacing parts. We trace the circuit to the failure point and tell you what it will cost to put right.

Scheduled Maintenance

Typical time in the shop: 1–2 hours

Manufacturer-interval servicing with the fluids and filters your car was built for, plus a free multi-point inspection and a record you can hand to the next owner.

AC & Heating

Typical time in the shop: 2–5 hours

In Phoenix the AC is not a luxury. We find leaks with UV dye and nitrogen pressure, then repair and recharge to spec — vent temperature measured before and after.

Tires & Wheel Service

Typical time in the shop: 45–90 minutes

Tyre fitting and road-force balancing, rotation, puncture repair where it is safe, and TPMS sensors programmed to your car — not left flashing.

Pre-Purchase & Emissions Inspection

Typical time in the shop: 1–1.5 hours

A bumper-to-bumper inspection with photos and a repair estimate, so you know what you are buying. Emissions readiness checks and fault-code clearing done properly.

How pricing works

Estimate first.
Then the work.

  1. You describe the symptoms by phone or email. We tell you what the diagnostic will cost.

  2. We test the car and send a written estimate: parts, labour, and anything else we found.

  3. You approve by phone or email. Nothing is ordered or fitted until you do.

  4. If we find something else mid-job, we stop and call you. No silent additions to the bill.
